As much as 2 million people will be affected by this suit.  Fill out a claim form and get $50 back (redeemable with Apple products only; iTunes not included) due to an Apple settlement from consumers that complained the iPod failed to meet battery expectations as advertised.  You may get the $50 voucher effective within 18 months of final settlement at any brick and mortar Apple store or Online store; first, second and third Gen iPods apply.
